A rental apartment project located in a small alley near My Khe Beach. Due to its location in a narrow alley, the exterior views are limited. To address this, the architect designed a small garden surrounding the building, ensuring that all apartments have access to natural light and a green view.

The design minimizes partitions, incorporates compact furniture, and features large windows to create a more spacious feel.
